LHH is partnering with a well-established law firm in Tampa to hire a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal assistant to join a collaborative, professional, and highly respected team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting attorneys in commercial real estate transactions and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and closings
Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as contracts, leases, amendments, and closing binders
Prepare and manage closing checklists and coordinate closing activities
Handle title and survey reviews, UCC searches, and due diligence materials
Maintain and organize case files and manage document storage
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate client communications
Ensure accurate filing and compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
Requirements:3+ years of experience as a legal assistant in commercial real estate law
Familiarity with real estate transaction documents, title/survey review, and closing processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
