LHH is partnering with a well-established law firm in Tampa to hire a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal assistant to join a collaborative, professional, and highly respected team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting attorneys in commercial real estate transactions and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and closings

  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as contracts, leases, amendments, and closing binders

  • Prepare and manage closing checklists and coordinate closing activities

  • Handle title and survey reviews, UCC searches, and due diligence materials

  • Maintain and organize case files and manage document storage

  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate client communications

  • Ensure accurate filing and compliance with legal procedures and deadlines



Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant in commercial real estate law

  • Familiarity with real estate transaction documents, title/survey review, and closing processes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
