This is a boots on the ground, cold calling, 100% commission business that is only meant for people who have the drive to show up early, leave late and can thrive in a business where you only get paid on what you sell. You will be responsible for cold calling apartment owners in your target market, setting meetings, building/maintaining relationships and ultimately help the client buy or sell millions of dollars of commercial real estate.
This is strictly a 100% commission based business. You can make as much as $0 - $500,000 your first year depending on the volume of deals you procure and sell.

Qualifications
- Real Estate Sales and Real Estate License (or in process of getting one)
- Customer Service skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
