We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This permanent role offers an opportunity to handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Purchase and Sale Agreement, Loan Conveyancing, and must be admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, you will:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and loan documents.
2. Conduct due diligence reviews and manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
3. Provide legal advice and support to clients on various commercial real estate matters.
4. Coordinate with other attorneys and professionals on multi-disciplinary projects.
5. Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation, if necessary.
Job Details
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a focus on purchase and sale agreements and loan conveyancing.
4. Proven track record of managing complex commercial real estate transactions.
5. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and verbal and written communication skills.
