Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Commercial Real Estate Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our real estate practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, and will be eager to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
  • Coordinate and manage real estate closings and post-closing matters.
  • Advise clients on real estate development, land use, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to develop practical, business-focused legal solutions.

Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably at a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with title, survey, and other due diligence processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with mixed-use developments, hospitality, or multifamily projects.
  • Working knowledge of real estate finance and lending practices.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
