LHH is seeking a Commercial Property Manager for a permanent position in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of commercial property management experience. This position is fully in office Monday - Friday.
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties
- Ensure properties are well-maintained

- Optimize property performance
- Manage budgeting and financial reporting
- Conduct strategic planning to enhance property value
Qualifications:
