Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager located in Aptos, CA. The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for lease administration, lease negotiations, communication with tenants and property owners, managing leases, and overseeing property management operations, and projects, on a day-to-day basis.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid CA Real Estate License with three years minimum experience
- Clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- Proficient with Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi operating system preferred, but not required
Compensation
- Guaranteed $100,000 per year with the potential to earn more ($75,000 base + commission structure)
