East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is seeking a regular full-time Commercial Property Administrator.

Summary: The Commercial Property Administrator, under the Associate Director's supervision, supports financial administration, reporting, and project management for commercial properties. Responsibilities include financial management (budgets, rent collection, analysis), vendor coordination, tenant build-outs, property maintenance, and general administration. The role also includes supporting ongoing projects, conducting research, and assisting with property acquisitions, developments, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management Support:
    • Collects financial data, prepares reports, and conducts expense analysis.
    • Ensures timely rent collection and accounts receivable management.
    • Assists in budget preparation, financial monitoring, and corrective action plans.
    • Approves vendor invoices and manages commercial vendor accounts.
  • Administration:
    • Prepares regular property reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Maintains internal reporting dashboards and updates as needed.
    • Coordinates reporting for investors, lenders, and government entities.
  • Project Management Support:
    • Supports capital projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
    • Coordinates with Facility Manager on improvement projects and vendor compliance.
    • Oversees insurance and documentation for tenant construction projects.
  • Portfolio Systems Operation:
    • Manages portfolio access, security systems, and Yardi software.
    • Provides support for Yardi-related inquiries and reports.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Yardi, Salesforce, and related software.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to perform standard office tasks, sit for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
Collaboration:
  • Works cooperatively with property and facilities managers, and participates in team meetings.
Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 annually
