QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical
• Licensed with knowledge of local HVAC codes
