About the position
The Commercial Pool Service Manager at Sweetwater Pools is responsible for overseeing a team of pool service technicians, ensuring that all assigned work is completed efficiently and to company standards. This full-time position involves route management, team training, and performance monitoring, with a focus on achieving service goals and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Meet with technicians at the office to start the day and ensure all assigned work is completed.
- Complete service stops on a personally assigned pool route.
- Conduct one-on-one performance conversations with each direct report weekly.
- Train, coach, empower, and hold team accountable for meeting service goals.
- Monitor service results in software and conduct coaching interventions as needed.
- Participate in the onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure trucks are stocked, fueled, serviced, and cleanliness standards are met or exceeded.
- Follow up on client issues until satisfactory resolution is accomplished.
- Recognize, acknowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Two years of successful route management experience.
- Intermediate technology skills using smartphone and route management software.
- Valid Driver License with a clean driving record.
Nice-to-haves
- Certified Pool Operator certification.
- Mechanical knowledge related to pool maintenance.
