A company that values your expertise and hard work What You Will Do: As the Plumbing Project Foreman, you'll be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems for commercial buildings. You'll lead and coordinate a team of field employees and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage of the project.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbers, lead men, and other field staff.
  • Ensure all plumbing installations are completed according to company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Promote and enforce a culture of safety, strictly adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate as-built plans and project documentation.
  • Review blueprints, drawings, and project specs to plan work effectively.
  • Collaborate with project managers to assist in job costing, labor tracking, and progress estimates for invoicing.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Perform safety evaluations, including 5x5 assessments before and after each work activity.
  • Maintain accurate project records including daily reports, TWLA's, and man-loaded schedules.
What We Are Looking for:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in plumbing or pipefitting.
  • Proven leadership experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Familiarity with the Florida Plumbing Code and OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.
