Job description

Parkwell is seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to manage parking operations at, a legendary Hollywood campus blending modern workspaces, luxury residences, and high-end dining. Overseeing a high-volume, event-driven environment, you will lead a team of 20, ensuring seamless operations, top-tier customer service, and strong financial performance. Your role will encompass staff management, vendor coordination, budgeting, reporting, and operational execution, all while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Some specific duties include:

  • Manage a team of approximately 20 people including customer service representatives, grounds maintenance/porter and shift supervisors.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all clients and customers.
  • Complex financial forecasts and reporting that is deadline driven.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of each location under management.
  • Maintain professional and responsive customer and client service and ensure satisfaction at all times
  • P&L management and execution against budget
  • Reporting and documentation as required by each account, client and company executives
  • Procurement of all supplies needed for operations through company expense procedures
  • Execution of marketing plans, implementation and maintenance of revenue control procedures and analysis
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels
  • Employee recruiting, training, development, accountability, safety and well-being
  • Compliance with all laws, rules, policies, and safety-standards

Parking equipment optimization, management and maintenance:

  • Monitor the financial performance of the locations within your portfolio
  • Compile and analyze reports related to the business operations of your portfolio
  • Assist in the recruitment, on boarding and training of new hires as well as daily oversight and support for existing staff within your portfolio
  • Create and execute SOP's for each location under management
  • Assist in other company initiatives and projects as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
