COMMERCIAL PAINT PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR
Our Client is a leading Commercial Paint Contractor in the area seeking a successful Project Manager/Estimator that will lead their teams toward project excellence.

PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope
- Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with Clients
- Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed
PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Manager Managing and Estimating Commercial Paint Projects
- Excellent time management skills
- Extensive experience in cost controls
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Industry-leading compensation and bonus plans ($80K-$110K base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
