COMMERCIAL PAINT PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope
  • Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Clients
  • Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed

PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Manager Managing and Estimating Commercial Paint Projects
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Extensive experience in cost controls
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:


  • Industry-leading compensation and bonus plans ($80K-$110K base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
