Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and frontline staff, promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and customer service.
- Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Fleet Management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze key performance indicators and financial data to drive informed decision-making and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and internal policies.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations i n logistics, transportation, or commercial services.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-site teams and large commercial accounts.
- Strong financial skills, including budget and P&L management.
