Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of commercial operations, ensuring smooth execution of large-scale moving and logistics services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and frontline staff, promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Fleet Management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and financial data to drive informed decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and internal policies.
  • Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for commercial projects.
  • Scale operations to support business growth and new service lines.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in operations i n logistics, transportation, or commercial services.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-site teams and large commercial accounts.
  • Strong financial skills, including budget and P&L management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on, data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety procedures.
