In this position, you will support our external sales force by managing sales orders and keeping our customers informed about order status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Oversee the complete sales order process-from the reception of customer purchase orders to ensuring accurate data entry in SAP-PEM.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate closely with vendors, external factories, and internal teams to guarantee timely product delivery, order confirmation accuracy, and clear communication with customers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage your SAP and Excel expertise to maintain accurate shipment schedules and sales records, ensuring we consistently exceed customer expectations.

Your Profile / Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree (preferably in Business or a Technical field). Experience with global production and sales is an advantage.

Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and MRP systems is highly desirable.
