Job Description:
Partners with brand managers in planning, reviewing, and executing marketing, advertising, and promotional materials for assigned brand(s).
Direct Responsibilities:
• Responsible for submitting and reviewing all promotional materials for brand assignment.
• Develop and work with the appropriate teams to implement a more streamlined process for reviewing promotional materials, focusing on efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with MAP (Marketing Approval Process) teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Act as a liaison with marketing team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on roles and responsibilities and MAP decision implications and considerations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in promotional material management and compliance.
• Support a culture of collaboration, sharing relevant updates and releasing materials across USVC as appropriate.
• Constantly look for ways to improve and streamline content creation processes and proactively share key learnings and updates across all impacted teams.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills in support of enterprise-wide marketing plans and initiatives.
• Ensure appropriate, necessary, and high-quality advertising and promotional materials are approved, trafficked, and broadly utilized.
• Responsible for ensuring digital asset hubs provide utility to customers and internal stakeholders by delivering top desired asset formats and content that supports priority brand growth.
• Ongoing maintenance of all digital asset hubs to clean or re-approve expired assets and upload new assets.
Skills Required:
• Experience working with Veeva PromoMats, or related software for MAP/PRC/MLR
• Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
• Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in marketing management with a focus on promotional materials review and process improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to promotional materials in the industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to execute within a matrixed organization.

Education:
Undergraduate or associate degree in marketing, Business Management, or related field.
