Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Norfolk with some felxi and hybrid working
Salary: Competitive
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will develop and implement our product strategy, grow our business with new and existing customers, and manage a budget of approximately 10 million.
You will focus on sustainable and profitable growth and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies - predominantly with current customers
- Manage and grow customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Manage a budget of around 10 million
- Work with clients on product development and new solutions
- Oversee customer fulfillment
- Provide technical support to customers
The Candidate:- Proven track record of developing sales in B2B manufacturing and FMCG sectors
- Experience working with manufacturing sites
- Ambitious approach to customer relationships
- Ability to grow business with existing customers and develop new collaborations
- Product management experience advatagous
- High energy and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel
