Commercial Loan Servicer II's Responsibilities
- Administer and service complex commercial real estate loans, including distressed portfolios, with minimal supervision.
- Onboard newly acquired loans, ensuring alignment with loan documentation.
- Monitor borrower compliance, including insurance, taxes, financial reporting, and debt service obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and legal professionals on payoff letters, loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and default notices.
- Maintain accurate loan documentation and ensure compliance with title transfer standards.
- Resolve moderate to complex issues using critical thinking and appropriate procedures.
- Conduct audits and reconciliations of loan terms, payment schedules, and interest calculations.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Recommend process improvements and updates to standard procedures.
Commercial Loan Servicer II's Qualification:
- 4+ years of experience with commercial real estate loans
- Reviewing and interpreting commercial loan terms, documentation and structuring
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
Salary: $60,000-$72,000
