This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial loan applications-from initial client engagement through underwriting, approval, and servicing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with business clients.

Up to $60K/year depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day customer service needs of the bank's clients by answering phones, researching answers to inquiries and problem solving.
Originate, evaluate, and process commercial loan applications in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare closing documents, commitment and decline letters.
Communicate with Loan Officers to prepare closing packages, and with Accounting and Loan Servicing of scheduled closings.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in commercial lending, loan closings and related work is required
College degree in related field preferred
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
