Role: Loan Originator - Loan Officer
This is a full-time on-site role. The role involves developing and originating NEW business. You will be support by a plethora of warm leads, and robust data platforms enabling you to effectively hunt for new business. Accompanied by excellent technology and CRM (Salesforce) with Ai sms & email, auto client follow ups and work flows. Roles Requires tremendous amount of speaking to new clients via phone and email. This is a 1099 role, same as a Real Estate Agent or Mortgage Loan Officer.
Qualifications
- Business Development & Sales
- Sales Experience in Hard Money Industry
- Experience as a Real Estate Agent
- Experience in Mortgages and Loan Origination
- Experience in Financial Sales
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Place Warm Calls to Leads that have applied.
- Get Clients to place Appraisals reports
- Originate loans by evaluating client needs and financial situations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate business growth.
- Utilize CRM Salesforce software for accurate data entry and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance communication and streamline operations.
