Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Loan Officer, located in Piscataway, NJ. The Commercial Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing and processing loan applications, underwriting loans, and managing relationships while providing outstanding customer service. The role focuses on facilitating business growth through commercial and industrial lending and owner occupied real estate while ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Experience with Loan Officers and managing a portfolio of C&I loans
- Strong background in Finance and Underwriting
- Familiarity with SBA processes and requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in community banking is a plus
