This position plays a key role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle-from pre-trial discovery through trial and post-trial proceedings. The ideal candidate has strong trial experience, exceptional organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive trial support
- Preparing exhibit lists, trial binders, and demonstratives
- Organizing and setting up war rooms and on-site logistics
- Coordinating with vendors, witnesses, and courtroom staff
- Attending trials and assisting attorneys in real time
- Manage all phases of litigation support including
- E-discovery and document production
- Drafting and organizing legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Coordinating depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Filing documents electronically using iManage or similar systems
- Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure court rules and procedures are followed
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to proactively manage case needs and trial schedules
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience required
- Strong trial prep and in-court support experience highly preferred
- Proficient with litigation software: iManage, Trial Director, Centerbase, Relativity (or similar platforms)
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
