This position plays a key role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle-from pre-trial discovery through trial and post-trial proceedings. The ideal candidate has strong trial experience, exceptional organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Provide comprehensive trial support
  • Preparing exhibit lists, trial binders, and demonstratives
  • Organizing and setting up war rooms and on-site logistics
  • Coordinating with vendors, witnesses, and courtroom staff
  • Attending trials and assisting attorneys in real time
  • Manage all phases of litigation support including
  • E-discovery and document production
  • Drafting and organizing legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses
  • Coordinating depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Filing documents electronically using iManage or similar systems
  • Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure court rules and procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to proactively manage case needs and trial schedules

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience required
  • Strong trial prep and in-court support experience highly preferred
  • Proficient with litigation software: iManage, Trial Director, Centerbase, Relativity (or similar platforms)
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicator
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
