Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

•  
Active Georgia Bar Admission , in good standing.

•  
Significant experience handling complex commercial litigation matters (link removed)>

Strong litigation and case management skills , with the ability to provide strategic counsel directly to clients.

•  Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

•  
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships (link removed)>

•  
Excel in providing strategic direction and leadership to a team (link removed)>

Key Responsibilities:

•  
Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters (link removed)>

•  
Manage cases from inception through resolution , including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

•  
Provide strategic counsel to clients on commercial disputes and risk mitigation (link removed)>

•  
Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions (link removed)>

Foster and manage strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with other partners and senior management to align business goals and objectives.
