Trustpoint.One has an immediate opening for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal on a contract-to-hire basis for an Am Law 200 law firm. This role will support all phases of the litigation process, from the discovery period through trial and on to post-trial findings and appeals for the firm. Successful candidates will have 4+ years of relevant experience in a large law firm. The position will be based on a hybrid schedule (2 days remote) in the firm's Roseland office and may require some in office attendance at the firm's Midtown office.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years' Litigation Paralegal experience in a large law firm
  • Extensive experience with NY and NJ state and federal court rules, processes and procedures, including E-filing
  • Previous experience with docketing/calendaring software
  • Strong to advanced usage of discovery and trial tools, such as Relativity and Trial Director
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of attorneys and staff
  • Meticulously detail-oriented, organized and professional
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
