Trustpoint.one is excited to partner with an Am Law Top 20 firm in their search for a talented Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This direct hire opportunity is based in the firm's Dallas office and offers a hybrid schedule (three days onsite).

This is a chance to be part of a high-caliber litigation practice working on complex, high-profile cases that shape the legal landscape.


What You'll Do:

You'll be a critical part of the litigation team, with responsibilities including:

  • Drafting and editing legal documents such as motions and pleadings
  • Performing cite-checking, shepardizing, and Bluebooking with precision
  • Assisting in all aspects of trial preparation
  • Managing and organizing discovery materials and document productions
  • Utilizing Relativity and similar litigation technology platforms
  • Creating polished trial materials including binders and exhibits
  • Supporting data room management and more as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in tools such as Relativity, Lexis, and Westlaw
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills
