Trustpoint.one is excited to partner with an Am Law Top 20 firm in their search for a talented Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This direct hire opportunity is based in the firm's Dallas office and offers a hybrid schedule (three days onsite).

What You'll Do:
You'll be a critical part of the litigation team, with responsibilities including:
- Drafting and editing legal documents such as motions and pleadings
- Performing cite-checking, shepardizing, and Bluebooking with precision
- Assisting in all aspects of trial preparation
- Managing and organizing discovery materials and document productions
- Utilizing Relativity and similar litigation technology platforms
- Creating polished trial materials including binders and exhibits
- Supporting data room management and more as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Proficiency in tools such as Relativity, Lexis, and Westlaw
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills
