Job Details

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar (or eligibility to waive into the Pennsylvania Bar).
At least 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in commercial litigation, real estate law, corporate law, or employment law.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities.
Commitment to excellence and a client-centric approach to legal practice.
