Duties:
- Handle commercial litigation matters, primarily related to real estate and business law.
- Represent clients in disputes involving contracts, partnerships, and business operations.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pre-litigation, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with other attorneys on complex cases and legal strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Provide legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Proven track record of managing and litigating complex cases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local and state laws relevant to commercial and real estate litigation.
Education:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
