Our prestigious law firm is seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigation Attorney with a specialty in business litigation. The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated professional, eager to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients. This role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and advising clients on legal transactions related to business litigation cases.

In this role you will be working on commercial litigation, including business and real estate disputes, breach of contract, trade secrets, intellectual property and securities litigation.

Job Details
  • Currently licensed to practice law in California
  • Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience
  • Very detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills.
  • Ability to handle their own caseload.
  • A high degree of initiative and mature judgment.
  • First chair trial and/or arbitration experience.
