Key Responsibilities: Litigate cases through all phases, including trial.
Conduct discovery, draft motions, and engage in legal research.
Argue motions and assist in trial preparation.
Contribute to appellate practice when needed.
Qualifications: 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience (law firm experience preferred).
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited ABA law school.
Active WSBA membership in good standing.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to bill 1800 hours annually.
Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $150K-$190K (commensurate with experience).
