- Client Service Excellence: Proactively handle client service requests for Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Accident products, anticipating client needs and providing exceptional service. Participate in special assignments from management, travel for client meetings, and mentor account managers to enhance team performance.
- Technical Proficiency in Insurance Products: Maintain a strong understanding of P&C and Life & Accident insurance products, utilizing licenses as preferred. Ensure compliance with service level standards through efficient use of client management systems and timely management of correspondence and client documents.
- Marketing and Relationship Building: Build and sustain relationships with underwriters by creating comprehensive submissions and staying informed about market trends and carrier appetites. Demonstrate negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes and prepare effectively for prospect meetings.
- Effective Communication and Time Management: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex insurance concepts clearly to non-industry personnel. Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines, lead by example, and exercise sound judgment in decision-making for clients and the business.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Understanding of P&C and Life & Accident insurance products, Licenses preferred
- Maintain current knowledge & demonstrate efficient use of our client management systems resulting in compliance with minimum service level standards
- Timely management of correspondence as required by department, including email and client document management system
- Seize opportunities to further personal and professional development
- Support team by building strong relationships and sharing knowledge and useful techniques

Salary range is $75 K to 105 K per year, based on experience.
