What You'll Be Doing:
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and CRM tools.
Engage potential clients, present tailored solutions, and close deals.
Manage the entire sales process-from initial contact to long-term client retention.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers to deliver top-tier service.

What You Need to Succeed:
1 year of proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
A passion for the insurance industry and a drive to make an impact.
