What You'll Do:
Manage High-Profile Clients: Lead the service and retention of a select group of commercial clients, delivering exceptional service and proactive solutions that meet their unique needs.
Optimize Operations: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and improve the overall efficiency of the department.
Drive Business Growth: Support the achievement of agency targets by contributing to sales, retention, and service goals, fostering a culture of high performance.
Enhance Client Experience: Continuously improve client-facing processes, ensuring each touchpoint results in a positive, seamless experience.
Build Strong Carrier Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with insurance carriers, negotiating better coverage options and ensuring our clients receive optimal service.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance, with a proven track record of managing client accounts and driving results.
Licensing: Active TN Property & Casualty License is required.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applied Epic is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to the success of others.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to think on your feet and deliver customer-focused solutions.
