We're looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Knoxville-based team - with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule and a benefits package designed to reward your dedication.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial lines clients
- Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy servicing with accuracy and care
- Collaborate with producers and carriers to ensure top-tier service and coverage
- Maintain compliance with carrier underwriting guidelines and documentation standards
- Provide responsive, solutions-focused service to meet client needs
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Proficiency with agency management systems (EPIC, AMS360, or similar)
- Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
- A collaborative, client-first mindset
