Job Summary

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and service of a portfolio of insurance clients, providing expert service and advice. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal insurance, demonstrating knowledge of complex accounts and industry standards. This role requires in-depth familiarity with managing insurance policies, including renewals and endorsements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage/Service a book of commercial lines accounts, including accounts of various size from small business up to large market.

  
  

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and a high standard of service.

  
  

• Handle new business quoting/marketing, renewals, endorsements, and claims, ensuring clients' needs are met effectively and efficiently.

  
  

• Utilize agency management software (AMS 360) and tools such as AgencyZoom, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office to maintainaccurate records and streamline workflows.

  
  

Qualifications

• Experience:Minimum 3 years of insurance experience.

  
  

• Skills:Proficiency in AMS 360, AgencyZoom, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office.

  
  

• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of accounts.
