Job Summary
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and service of a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert service and advice. This role requires in-depth familiarity with managing insurance policies, including renewals and endorsements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new business requests and secure annual renewals for new and renewal accounts
- Quote accounts online Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients & company partners
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients & company partners
- Work with Account Executives on new and renewal accounts
- Accompany Account Executives on client visits when requested
- Prepare submissions and communicate with the necessary markets
- Distribute certificates
- Prepare information received for quoting purposes
- Further career development through continuing education and obtaining designations
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of insurance experience
- Active Property & Casualty license Self-Motivation
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Skills:Proficiency in AMS 360/EPIC management systems, AgencyZoom, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office
