Job Details
This is a hybrid role.
As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in managing the submission, quote, and binding processes for our clients. You'll work closely with the producer to ensure all client and carrier partner needs are met efficiently and professionally. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in maintaining our high standards of service.
Submission management: Log and manage new submissions, coordinate with Producers, and ensure all necessary information is recoded and organized.
Quote handling: Collaborate with Producers to respond to retailer and market inquiries, prepare and send quotes to agents, and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
Binding process: Create binders, coordinate with carriers and agents for policy numbers and invoices, and follow up on policy issuance.
Account closure: Manage the closure process for non-binding accounts, document reasons for closure, and track for future opportunities.
Post-binding management: Ensure all subjectivities are met, maintain organized and clean file systems, handle endorsement requests, and support producers with ongoing policy tasks.
