Pay rate: $35.86/hr.
Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining, deepening, and enriching client relationships.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs
Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on
resolve client requests
Trusted member of the client's team and deeply connected to deliver the growth and success for an assigned portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for each client assigned to your portfolio.
Build strong relationships and provide a level of service that customers have learned to expect.
Responsibilities
Delivering solutions and upholding client standards and operating principles
Develop long-term client relationships
Proactively work to determine service improvements and solicit client input and feedback to drive client satisfaction
Conduct annual relationship reviews with clients to identify potential customer-level fraud exposure and recommend appropriate products to mitigate risk or provide other efficiencies
Proactively discuss client trends/issues with internal partners to further customize solutions for clients
