Salesforce and nCino Integration: - Salesforce is used for CRM, and nCino runs on Salesforce, making the two systems intertwined.
- Understanding Salesforce's organizational structure is critical for setting up opportunities and managing cases for clients.
The CRM aspect is particularly important for the contact center, which tracks client interactions to provide a 360-degree view of the client's history (e.g., outstanding loans, call history).
