Are you a driven sales professional looking to grow your career in commercial insurance? Bickle Insurance is seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor to join our high-performing team in Cleveland. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and closing commercial insurance opportunities while building lasting client relationships.
Compensation:$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Prospect and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Evaluate risk and conduct insurance reviews to tailor solutions
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals
- Drive new business while managing and renewing existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service
- Stay engaged with clients post-sale and assist with service or claims when needed
- Represent the agency with professionalism in the community and industry events
Qualifications:- Proven sales track record, preferably in commercial insurance or B2B sales
- Ohio Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum of 3 years' sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel locally with occasional out-of-town visits
