We are seeking a qualified P&C Private Equity Senior Account Executive/SVP for a private national broker supporting a Los Angeles office that can be housed hybrid remote 1-2 days in office. (Client meetings, carrier and vendor meetings count as in office days)
Do not need Private Equity experience for this role.
Our Property & Casualty SR Broker/Account Executive provide high-quality service to our clients. In the Private Equity space, they work to ensure satisfaction by balancing the quality of service and speed of response.
Job Description
- Maintains and enhances agencies relationships with existing Clients by executing proactive, creative, and on-going contact initiatives (Book is approx $1.5-2 M in revenue)
- Works at a strategic level with mid market large and complex Clients (Accounts range in 50k-$500k in revenue or larger)
- Provide strategic planning and consulting advice to clients including the production of Requests for Proposal, coordination of vendor responses, analysis and comparison of RFP responses, and preparation of a client report with recommendation
- Consults with Clients to review investment options, bender services, fees, strategies and goals
- Reviews and issues profitability assists on all "fee-at-risk" proposals
- Assists in the establishment and attainment of revenue goals for existing and new business
- Develops and maintains dependable working relationships with carriers, broker servicing networks, and other provides
- Coordinates market selection for new and renewal business on designated accounts
- Initiates and duplicates new business report activities
- Generates new business opportunities through cross-selling
- Negotiates program terms and contracts
