We are an independent insurance agency with offices in Boise and Coeur d'Alene seeking an experienced commercial insurance account manager to work in our Boise office. The right candidate will appreciate our strong company culture and genuine care for our team and clients, be excellent with details, and have a natural desire to learn and grow. Pay will depend on experience, with preference given to highly experienced candidates.

Who are you? You have at least 5 years of experience as a commercial lines account manager. You are a strong communicator, naturally detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. You are a self-starter who loves to work independently but also works well on a team. You have a strong desire to do a great job, love working in partnership with coworkers, and you take pride in providing top-notch service to clients.


What's the job like? You will work closely with one of our commercial lines risk advisors on their book of business. You will develop strong relationships with your clients by handling renewals, assisting with new business, answering questions, providing ongoing service, advising on coverage and options, and representing our agency as a best-in-class provider of risk and insurance solutions. Though you have experience, there will still be a learning curve as you get the hang of our procedures, values, and priorities. We bet you've never worked for an agency like ours.


What's in it for you? $60,000-70,000 annual salary (depending on experience), health and dental coverage for you and any dependents with premiums paid 100% by employer, 3 weeks PTO prorated in first calendar year (increasing from there), long-term disability, vision, AD&D, and life insurance, EAP, FSA, 401K with 5% match, hybrid after 6 months, 24 paid volunteer hours per year, casual dress code, and working with a supportive, happy team.
