What You'll Do - Develop New Business - Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the industrial and commercial sectors, including manufacturing plants, property management groups, healthcare facilities, and multi-family developments.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships - Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing solutions for their plumbing system needs, maintenance programs, and capital projects.
- Consultative Sales Approach - Assess customer challenges and propose cost-effective, customized plumbing solutions to maximize value and efficiency.
- Strategic Account Management - Oversee the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Project & Bid Coordination - Work closely with estimators, project managers, and service teams to develop accurate proposals and deliver on customer commitments.
- Market Analysis & Sales Planning - Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- CRM & Sales Tracking - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, and pipeline activity in CRM software (ServiceTitan or Salesforce preferred).
What We're Looking For - Proven Sales Experience - 5+ years of success in B2B sales within commercial plumbing, mechanical services, or industrial facility solutions.
- Technical Knowledge - Understanding of plumbing systems, water heaters, backflow prevention, and industrial piping solutions.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills - Ability to engage decision-makers, present solutions, and close deals.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented - A proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Team Collaboration - Works effectively with service managers, technicians, and operations staff to ensure seamless project execution.
