Our client, a well-established commercial HVAC contractor is looking for a
Commercial HVAC Estimator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with in-field experience who is looking to move
into estimating, or for an experienced estimator who wants to work on high-impact
projectsin a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Conduct Site Visits: Evaluate job sites and existing HVAC systems to understand project scope and conditions.
- Review Plans and Blueprints: Analyze mechanical drawings and specs to determine system layout and equipment needs.
- Develop Accurate Estimates: Create detailed takeoffs for labor, materials, equipment, and timelines.
- Prepare Proposals: Draft clear, professional proposals that align with client goals and company capabilities.
- Collaborate: Work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure estimates are competitive and accurate.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVACfield or estimating
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and plans
- Experience with estimating tools (ServiceTitan, PlanSwift, FastDUCT, etc.) is a plus
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
