Position Overview

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Finance Relationship Specialist to join our growing team. The Commercial Relationship Specialist will work with the Community Finance Team in maintaining a portfolio that contains lines of credit for communities to purchase manufactured home inventory. We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented team member, preferably with some experience in commercial lines of credit, to provide the best quality of service in our industry.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures relative to lines of credit.
  • Daily maintenance of credit lines
  • Review & decision order requests
  • Follow up on current inventory both sold & display
  • Follow up for payoffs, monthly interest & curtailments
  • Review inventory audit reports daily for needed action
  • Foster relationships with the manufacturers/plants
  • Maintain relationships with communities through recurrent communication
  • Responsible for preparing supporting documentation for portfolios

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business is preferred but not required
  • 2 years' prior work experience in financial services industry is preferred
  • Quick learn of the proprietary computer system used to manage the accounts.
  • Preparation or review ability of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products.
  • Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral and written language skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Physical Demand:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
  • Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to physically type

Compensation: Starting Pay is $24.07/hour + based off experience
