Commercial Escrow Officer

Overview

Seeking a full-time Commercial Escrow Officer responsible for effectively managing real estate transactions.

Duties

Establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures. Acts as a neutral liaison between parties, adheres to company policy, exercises independent judgment and possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently handle any situation which may arise during the escrow process.

Education

High school diploma or applicable.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience as an Escrow Officer.

Additional Information

Must live in or relocate to the Portland Metro Area.
