We're modernizing a 40-year-old brand: building new digital products, smarter ad solutions, and, now, a Commercial Content Studio. This studio will deliver high-impact content packages for paying clients while raising the bar on industry thought leadership.

You will build and run the Commercial Content Studio from the ground up. Your work will shape the way collision-repair suppliers educate the market, generate demand, and grow revenue, while helping Autobody News expand beyond traditional advertising.

What You'll Own
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Map client objectives to content plans that move the needle on awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Set up playbooks for written assets (articles, whitepapers, eBooks), webinars, video, and digital tools.
- Bake SEO, social distribution, PPC, and retargeting into every launch plan.
2. Studio Build-Out & Operations
- Design workflows that take projects from brief to deliverable with zero friction.
- Curate and manage a bench of writers, designers, editors, and video creators-internal and freelance.
- Integrate AI solutions that speed drafting, polish copy, and repurpose core assets into multiple formats.
3. Client Solutions & Performance
- Package pillar content with companion formats (video snippets, social graphics, native ads) to maximize reach.
- Launch a real-time dashboard that tracks engagement, conversions, and ROI for every client campaign.
- Partner with Sales and Client Success to renew and expand contracts through performance insight.
4. Leadership & Cross-Team Impact
- Mentor the content team; foster a culture of high standards and relentless learning.
- During the studio's ramp-up, contribute strategic editorial pieces that align with high-value buyer journeys-deepening your industry fluency while driving audience growth.
- Collaborate with executives on future content products that keep Autobody News ahead of market needs.

What You Bring
- 7+ years leading B2B content programs that delivered measurable business impact.
- Track record of turning client goals into editorial calendars, multimedia assets, and distribution plans.
- Strong command of SEO, paid media, and data analytics.
- Proven experience hiring and coaching creative talent.
- Comfort with AI writing, editing, and repurposing tools - and the judgment to keep content authoritative.
- Bonus: familiarity with automotive or industrial markets.
