The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the industry, overseeing large-scale commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.

Description
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Review the work progress on a daily basis
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure all onsite and offsite constructions comply with building and safety regulations
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in the commercial construction industry.
- Procore Experience
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, coordinating multiple teams, and overseeing subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve effectively, and make quick decisions.
- Experience with scheduling software, project management tools, and cost tracking.
- Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required for project sites.
