Job Details

As a Project Manager, you'll be the linchpin that keeps projects running smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate them.
  • Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Leading project teams with confidence, fostering collaboration, and driving success.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • MUST have state, federal and government experience running public projects
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and construction documentation.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with clients.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
