Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant Project Manager located in Fleming Island, FL. The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager with material and take-offs, proposal review, project buyout, preparation of work agreements and purchase orders, management of project drawings and specifications, project submittals, project RFIs, and preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Experience in working in MS Project, ProCore, and Bluebeam
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
