About the Role:

Falcon Insurance Agency of Michigan is seeking a Commercial Client Services Executive to join our fast-growing, nationally licensed commercial P&C insurance brokerage.


In this role, you'll help manage a portfolio of commercial clients-primarily within the real estate, construction, hospitality, and professional services sectors-by providing outstanding client servicing and renewal support. You'll work closely with senior producers and account executives to ensure smooth policy renewals, efficient document handling, and white-glove client support throughout the policy lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an assigned book of business of $350,000 to $550,000 revenue commissions + agency service fees associated with our various commercial insurance client accounts ;

  • Coordinate pre-renewal planning & document intake;

  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and COIs;

  • Liaise with underwriters and carrier reps;

  • Support claims coordination and tracking;

  • Prepare submission materials (SOVs, loss runs, applications, etc.);

  • Maintain accurate activity logs in agency systems (EZLynx, Google Drive Sheets, Docs );

Qualifications:
  • 2-4+ years of commercial insurance experience (CSR, AM, or AE-level);

  • Familiarity with standard P&C commercial coverage forms (GL, BOP, WC, Auto, etc.);

  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal);

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client timelines;

  • Experience with agency management systems preferred (EZLynx, HawkSoft, EPIC, AMS360, etc.);

  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment;

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $49,000-$64,000 (DOE);

  • Performance Bonus: Up to 3% of assigned book revenue;

  • Health, Dental & Vision: 100% employer-paid (BCBS Platinum PPO) after 90 days;
