Commercial & Industrial Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator

Our client, a leading commercial and industrial plumbing contractor, is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator with 5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing estimating and project management. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of high-quality plumbing projects.
Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial plumbing projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to develop accurate bids and project proposals.
Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and track financial performance.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Provide leadership and direction to field teams, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Conduct site visits, assess project progress, and resolve any issues that arise.
Utilize estimating and project management software to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing estimating and project management.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and industry standards.
Experience preparing competitive bids and managing budgets.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and estimating tools.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
